The team behind Inflect Hub.
We're a small consultancy that builds production AI systems for businesses the off-the-shelf vendors haven't earned. Led by Frank Enendu, an AI engineer with a decade of shipping under regulatory, accuracy, and scale constraints.
Frank Enendu — Founder
Frank is an AI engineer based in Manchester, originally from Lagos. He has spent the last decade building production AI systems across consumer tech, healthcare, gaming, and cosmetics. Currently AI Engineer at Bally's Interactive, where he ships LLM-powered systems for one of the UK's largest entertainment groups.
Before Bally's, Frank built data and AI products at the NHS, led ML engineering at consultancies in Lagos and Manchester, and shipped his own products (FairLens, CaseReviewer) through Inflect Hub.
He holds an MSc in Data Science (Distinction) from the University of Salford and has been writing AI engineering for an audience of practitioners on Medium since 2020.
How we work
- The fix is in production, or it doesn't count. A prototype is interesting; a production system that survives real customer load is something we'll put our name on.
- The evidence is the brief. We start every engagement by reading real transcripts, logs, or workflows — not vendor slide decks or aspirational personas.
- Humans own publish. Our AI systems draft, recommend, and accelerate. Approval, judgement, and accountability stay with the people whose name is on the work.
- We name what we did, where we did it, and what it cost. Generic case studies are a credibility tax. Every project we put on this site is named, live, and verifiable.
Working with us
Every engagement starts with a 3-minute conversation with our discovery agent. It qualifies your problem, recommends a service, and writes a summary that Frank reads the same day.
